The Yes-less trip.
London and Sheffield
Asgeir
Trip to London basically was an add-on, I was going to Sheffield to see Yes (cancelled) so why not travel to London just before so that I could see The Icelandic singer Asgeir.

It was a pleasant experience just relaxing in the balcony with a nice cold pint to keep me company, especially when the songs from the new album where played.
A day in London
I travel into the city centre to get breakfast. It was wonderful!

Then first to The Royal Institute to see Faradays lab, it was great just to wander around the building with no one around. Then a tube trip to the Science Museum. Raced around but I had to stop when I saw this,

Then off to an Ottolenghi deli in Marylebone, I wanted to eat in but with having to wait till a space on a communal long table became vacant, I just decided to go for a takeout.

Then another tube trip to the British Museum where I wanted to stroll through the ancient Greek exhibits. I just had this sense though that it was terrible that all this stuff wasn’t where it belonged, ie in Greece. But I did get to see what I was hoping for.

Olympic Games must have been held in the summer!
Sheffield
With no Yes concert, I had no plans for the visit. But Éadaoin and Evan decide it would be a climbing treat for the Saturday and a long reservoir run in the Peak District.
